Refunds & Returns Policy
Overview
We stand behind the quality of the DopeSmack™ comics and products we create. Because many of our items are limited-run, indie-produced, and made-to-order, our refund and return policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and clear.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
Digital Products (No Refunds)
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Digital comic books
• Digital starter packs
• PDFs, wallpapers, and downloadable bonus content
Once a digital item has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience technical issues accessing your digital purchase, contact us and we will help resolve the issue promptly.

Physical Comics & Merchandise – Eligible Returns
We accept returns only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your physical item arrives:
• Damaged
• Misprinted
• Defective
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Once verified, we will either replace the item (subject to availability) or issue a refund at our discretion.
Not Eligible for Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor print variations common in indie comic production
• Signed or limited-edition items (unless damaged in transit)
Shipping & Fulfillment Notes
Many DopeSmack™ products are produced in limited quantities or shipped as part of crowdfunding or special releases.
Fulfillment timelines may vary, replacement inventory may be limited, and some items may not be restocked.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Crowdfunding & Pre-Order Items
All Kickstarter, Indiegogo, and pre-order items are subject to the terms disclosed during the campaign.
By backing or pre-ordering, you acknowledge production timelines and understand delivery dates are estimates.
Refunds are not guaranteed once production has begun.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback.
We are a small, independent studio and will always do our best to make things right.

This Refunds & Returns Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase will apply.
